Pack your books in a sturdy cardboard box, keeping the weight under 30 lbs.
Print and sign a copy of the Live Like Livy letter and include it inside the package to help us track donations.
Attach the Books For Africa mailing address to the outside, along with your return address.
At the post office, ask for the Media Mail rate—it’s a discounted, tax-deductible shipping option.
Snap a photo with your donation and email it to livelikelivyfoundation@gmail.com along with the number of books you're contributing—we’d love to feature it in our Impact Gallery!

Books For Africa combats the continent’s book famine by providing books, digital devices, and learning resources to children across every African nation. Through global partnerships, they deliver multilingual materials and create vibrant educational spaces. Although Olivia didn’t fulfill her dream to teach in Africa herself, her friends and family have donated over 2,000 books to the organization in her honor. The Live Like Livy Foundation will continue supporting the cause through contributions to help Books For Africa achieve its mission.
